Important Product Elements and their definitions
Jewellery is defined as a predesigned set including diamonds/gemstones and precious/semi-precious metals and is available for sale on the website. Other elements comprising the jewellery are Mounts that hold the diamonds/gemstones in place. For jewellery customization, members can pre-select the mounts and diamonds/gemstones of their choice. "Loose Diamonds" are individual diamonds that can be bought without being set on Mounts.

Customer Loyalty Card Conditions
- The discounts availed under loyalty program cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
- The discount is calculated on the MRP value, not on strike-through value.
- The use of this card is governed by the terms and conditions in force, prescribed from time to time.
- The benefits under loyalty program cannot be used as MT Reward points, prepaid cards and are non-transferable.
- Offer is valid only for purchases in the name of the cardholder.
Registration
All users of the website, regardless of the purchase status may become free members of the website, allowing Midas Touch to keep them updated with latest designs via regular marketing mailers and social media updates.
Personal information is requested in order to complete the registration process on Midas Touch Jewellery website, including but not limited name, e-mail, contact number, contact address and customer verification question (example: your mother's maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes.
The one time registration process generates a username and password created by the user for all future logins/access to the member account.
RBI Mandate for PAN Card and COD
All purchases that exceed the total amount of INR 200,000 will require the furnishing of the PAN card at the time of delivery, failing which will incur the cancellation of the order.
